By accessing or using rapidproto.co.za, or by engaging RapidProto (Pty) Ltd (“RapidProto”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for any of its services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.

RapidProto treats all client project information, business data, and proprietary details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services, or as required by law.

In turn, clients agree not to disclose, reverse-engineer, or reproduce RapidProto’s proprietary methodologies, internal frameworks, or tooling. Any breach of this obligation may result in termination of the engagement and legal action.

Our No-Rewrite Guarantee means that the delivered codebase is structured such that any competent mid-to-senior developer can understand, maintain, and extend it without being required to rewrite the foundation. This guarantee applies to code quality, structure, and documentation — it does not constitute a warranty that the prototype will scale to arbitrary production loads without further infrastructure investment, which is outside the scope of a prototyping engagement.

Warranty claims must be raised in writing within 30 days of delivery. RapidProto will address valid warranty claims at no additional charge.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, with the parties consenting to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Division) where applicable.

RapidProto reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
